Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 3, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered through the Tiffany Yvonne website, including one-on-one coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and related services (“Services”).

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of one-on-one coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and digital services are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the transaction is completed.

2. Services Rendered

Once a service has been purchased, scheduling, preparation, and allocation of resources begin immediately. Because of the personalized nature of coaching and mentorship services, we cannot offer refunds after purchase, regardless of attendance, participation level, or outcome.

3. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled one-on-one session, you may request to reschedule within the guidelines provided at the time of booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

4. Digital Products and Program Access

Any downloadable materials, digital content, or program access provided as part of coaching or mentorship services are considered delivered upon purchase. As such, these items are also non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, we will review the situation and, if applicable, issue a refund at our sole discretion. All such requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction.
